-Media Buyer Responsibilities:

1-Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).
2-Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions).
3-Conduct audience research and targeting to maximize campaign effectiveness.

-Job Requirements:

1-2+ years of experience in media buying (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads)
2-Strong understanding of performance marketing and campaign optimization
3-Experience with tracking tools (Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Analytics)
4-Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for ROI
5-Experience with A/B testing and scaling campaigns
6-Good budget management skills
7-Strong communication and organizational skills

-HR Responsibilities:

1-Managing recruitment and selection processes.

2-Overseeing employee relations and resolving workplace issues.

3-Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

4-Handling payroll, compensation, and benefits.

5-Organizing training and development programs.

6-Monitoring performance management systems.Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations.

-Job Requirements:

1- Proven experience in HR or a similar role.

2-Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
